Reporting and counter-notice process.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on Marksan AI Hub infringes your copyright, submit a notice to copyright@marksanaihub.com.
Required information
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including the identifying information above and a good-faith statement supporting your position.
